Store-shelf sprays buy you a few quiet days; Nex Pest Control's Wasp Control technicians treat the source so the problem doesn't just come back after the can runs out.
Ask any Evansville technician on our team how long they've worked structural pest control and you'll get a real number, not a script — experience is the whole reason our diagnosis is faster than a guess-and-spray visit.
Every technician we send out is licensed under state pest control regulations and covered by our company's insurance, so you're never gambling on who's walking through your door.
Nex Pest Control runs on one rule: quote it straight, treat the actual cause, and back it in writing. That's not a slogan — it's the reason Evansville repeat customers call us back for the next issue instead of shopping around.
Our Evansville dispatch keeps notes on recurring hot spots by neighborhood, which shortens the inspection and sharpens the treatment plan from the very first visit.
Most Evansville service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. Waiting rarely makes the underlying colony smaller — it just gives it more time to spread into places that are harder and more expensive to treat.
Six service lines, one Evansville crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
When the situation can't wait — an active hive, a sudden swarm, a rodent loose near food prep — Nex Pest Control's after-hours crew treats it with the same license and insurance as any scheduled visit, just faster. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Evansville cases ahead of standard scheduling.
Standard residential service covers the everyday Evansville invaders — ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish — with an initial treatment and a recurring schedule that keeps pressure from building back up between visits. Plans can be adjusted mid-season if a Evansville property starts attracting something new — the schedule isn't locked once it's set.
Evansville restaurants, retail stores, and office buildings get a documented, scheduled program with service logs ready for any health inspection, run around your actual operating hours. Multi-location Evansville accounts get one consistent point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors per site.
A written wood-destroying organism report comes standard with every Evansville termite inspection, whether it's for an active concern or a real estate closing. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your Evansville property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. A separate granular tick treatment along the yard perimeter can be bundled in for properties near wooded lots.
Call +1-844-564-2570 and tell us what you're seeing — most Evansville calls get a same-day window. Tell dispatch what you've noticed and where — it helps us send a technician already prepared for the likely cause.
A technician walks the property, identifies what's actually there, and shows you the entry point. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
If anything's still active after the guarantee window, we're back at no extra charge. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
Every Evansville quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. Ask any Evansville customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Local dispatch means less drive time and more slots available for Evansville same-day calls. We keep routes tight across Evansville specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
We'll provide proof of licensing and insurance on request, before anyone steps inside. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
Our guarantee terms are spelled out in your service agreement, not left to a phone-call negotiation later. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Evansville customer's trust over a technicality.
True around-the-clock coverage means an urgent call at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm. A dispatcher will help you determine if your situation genuinely needs same-hour response or can wait for standard scheduling.
Our technicians have inspected enough Evansville attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your street before they even arrive. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Evansville.
Our guarantee is simple: pay for a result, not just a visit. If activity continues at your Evansville property after treatment, follow-up service is included, not billed separately.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. We'd rather absorb the cost of an extra visit than lose a Evansville customer's trust over a technicality in the fine print.
The flat quote before treatment was the deciding factor for us — no surprise line items on the invoice afterward.
Termite inspection found damage under the porch we had no idea about, and the report was thorough enough for our insurance claim.
The technician found our actual entry point instead of just leaving traps and hoping for the best.
Our restaurant needed a documented program before our next health inspection and they had it set up within the week.
Called the emergency line at night and someone actually picked up, which mattered more than I expected.
They found a clogged gutter section holding water that we never would have thought to check ourselves.
We'd fought the same ant problem for two seasons before calling. One inspection found what years of DIY spraying missed.
Having documented visits across our whole portfolio instead of six separate vendors saved us real time every month.
